Orlando water parks(disney & universal)
My question is about the Walt disney and Universal Orlando 'Warpter Parks'
Can I buy ONLY water park ticket for 1 day at these theme parks(without buying theme park tickets )
Which of them has more thrilling, more fun, high/tall rides

Well - Universal's is currently the old Wet'N Wild. It's been around for years, closing permanently this December. https://www.universalorlando.com/The...et-n-Wild.aspx
Disney has 2 water parks - go to their site and see which you like best: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/destinations/
Tickets are separate for each park, although there are some bundling options if you want to go to multiple parks and/or multiple days.

Perhaps my question was mis-understood
I will try to rephrase
Can i buy water park tickets only, at Disney world Orlando and Universal Orlando, without buying the main theme park tickets

Yes. Both Disney and Universal will let you buy anything a la carte. Price is $60/day for an adult at disney.

Yes, you can buy single day tickets for any of the Orlando theme parks and water parks. Just so you know Sea World also has a water park called Aquatica and yes you can buy a single day ticket. Of the four area water parks Wet-n-Wild, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, and Aquatica I least like WnW but it is the oldest and smallest. Like has been stated earlier WnW is closing next year and Universal is opening a brand new water park on property next to Cabana Bay resort called Volcano Bay.
