www.disboards.com has a wealth of info about Disney & other Orlando attractions - much more than Fodors.

betty8, are you staying at Disney? Definitely look at disboards - Disney ticket pricing can be complicated.
Then look at http://www.mousesavers.com/ and http://www.orlandoinfo.com/offers/
Be prepared for hot weather; it's 94 (34 C) today.

I might also add, once you are here, beware of offers for "free" theme park tickets just for attending "a short presentation". These are timeshare salespeople and they employ the worst kind of high pressure tactics to get tourists to buy.
It's similar to fishing. the bait that they offer can be very attractive, but if you get hooked, it can be very costly and a decision you may later regret (as many do).

Disney tickets purchased in package with a Disney hotel are the best prices. AAA offers a modest discount. In general, you aren't going to save a lot of money on Disney tickets. The price is the price.
Universal must be shopped. On line, AAA, and some times at the gate offers are significantly better than list.

Visitors from UK can get different deals than US residents when getting tickets from places like www.undercovertourist.com and others.
