On the way to Niagara Falls,

We are planning to drive to Niagara Falls, NY (a 7 hour ride) and were wandering if there are any points of interest to stop on the way.

I'm confused. You said 7 hours =- then you said Syracuse.

From Syracuse to Niagara Falls is only about 2.5 hours. In 7 hours you can get to Niagara Falls from NYC - is that what you mean?

And are looking for things to do near Syracuse?
