Only about a hundred of them within easy walking distance. What are you looking for? Type of food? Price? Atmosphere? Are you looking more for a brunch type menu, Asian food, sandwiches, full meal?
I'm already envious you're seeing A Little Night Music! I can't wait.

Here's a neat way to do some searching yourself. Go to maps.google.com and plot the theater. When you click on the name of the theater, you'll get a box with options-one being "search nearby". Search for restaurants. Toloache is an upscale Mexican I like (although a bit pricey) a block from the theater. ViceVersa has very good Italian, either a prix fixe meal or a la carte.

Patrick's suggestion of Thalia is a good reliable place - but here's an fyi about Roberto Passon - Passon has left the restaurant to start a different place, and the current owners have renamed it Guiliano. The menu seems pretty much the same for now, but will change shortly.
For the OP - you might also like La Masseria on 48th and Bway, or Lattanzi on 46th St., or Pietrasanta on 9th and 47th

So no, it didn't sell. Oddly, I've been at Roberto Passon a couple of times when people who seemed to know him and asked if he was there -- and each time they were told he wasn't. One of my first times there, we were late after theatre and I ordered the rabbit, the "CHEF" came out and apologized that it was too late for him to do the rabbit, but next time be sure to call ahead if we'd be after theatre and he'd make sure we could have. He then comped us a dessert sampler after we ordered something else. He gave me his card. His name was NOT Roberto Passon. I always got the idea the while the restaurant was named for him, he was not necessarily the chef in charge most of the time -- usual for many restaurants. Whether the restaurant will change much or not remains to be seen.
