North Georgia Cabins
Starrsville, and others...please help me with some knock your socks off cabins in the Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Blairsville area.
We need at least 2 br and of course, 2 baths, fireplace, hot tub, and good tv for ballgames....over the New Year's Holiday.
One couple from the Atlanta area and other couple from Dalton area, so we thought that part of Georgia would be good place to congregate.

I just checked out a suggestion that I've seen on the forum before -
www.blackbearcabinrentals.com
I thought it was a group of cabins but it's a rental agency with lots of cabin options.
If you want to head a bit further east, check out Rabun County. I have a realtor friend who handles rentals in the area. LOTS of choices there, including very upscale properties including some on mountain lakes (VERY upscale). It's a bit further on 76 East, but a beautiful area.

The "cottages" at Brasstown Valley may not be what iceeu2 is looking for. The cottages are 4-bedroom structures that share a common "living room" and kitchen (I think some may be 8: 4 up & 4 down, each with l/r & kit). If you rent all 4 bedrooms, (or if the other rooms are not occupied) you effectively have a private living area. If the other rooms are rented, you are sharing the common "living room" and kitchen areas with those guests.
