Would like to rent a condo near a beach the third week in July. Any suggestions?

Try New Seabury Real Estate. Maushop Village. 1-2 br. condos walk to beach. Others as well.

Here's the link for New Seabury. We stayed there in Maushop Village for a weekend (wedding) last May and found it just charming. The beach is lovely!

I'm curious...where are these places?

They're on Cape Cod, in Massachusetts. New Seabury is a gigantic newish gated community in the town of Mashpee (it's an Indian name) that aspires to look like a bit of old Nantucket and Chatham is an authentic charming town right at the "elbow" of the Cape. They offer very different experiences, to be sure!
