Charbroiled oysters at Drago's in the Hilton Downtown or in Metarie. Yum.

logndog--the whiskey sauce may be bourbon, so you may have been right.

Ok, my info is a bit dated and probably for a younger person, which I was during my last visit.

Hurricanes from Pat O'Brien's (be careful; potent!), or anything in a "Go" cup from the Court of the Two Sisters.
