Naples: Rate them

Which Naples restaurant would you pick?

Maxwell's on the Bay
Campiello's
Baleen

Never been to the first two places, only Baleen. Loved it! Little on the pricey side, but worth every penny.Chilean Sea Bass is outstanding. Caesar Salad is sooo yummy. This is a great place for a special occasion type of dinner.

Haven't been to Baleen, but of the other two I'd give Campiello's about a 9 out of 10 (mainly for atmosphere, buzz, and the wood oven food), I'd give Maxwell's a 2 out of 10 and stay away. I find it a dull and tired place with mediocre food and worse service (but it does have a great view, if that helps.)

Never been to Baleen but of the other two I would choose Campiello's. I think Maxwell's used to be the place to go but not any longer.

Laurie, a slight correction. Maxwell's was never the place to go, even before Naples became "restaurant heaven". But it has always been popular with the "ladies who lunch" set.

Baleen is a really great resturant located at the La Playa Resort. It is a beach front resturant that has real good grouper. Also, the shrimp cocktail is huge! I never been to the other ones.
