There used to be a great Friday night seafood buffet at the Naples Grande (Registry Resort) for about $59.95, but I think that has ended. Some of the fancier hotel Sunday brunches may offer "all you can eat oysters" and some seafood. However expect to pay for it.
With the cost of seafood and oysters these days, I think they're probably afraid people would faint from the price if they offered "all you can eat".
If you find one, though, please report back!

If you want to eat great fish at a reasonable price, not in a fancy atmosphere and certainly not all you can eat for a single price, try Randy's Fishmarket Cafe on the southbound side of US41 between North Naples and Bonita, maybe around 120th street? Everything I ever ate there except the hushpuppies was delicious, especially fried oysters and the potato salad. Also great key lime pie for dessert. Makes me hungry to think about it.

The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort has a wonderful Sunday Brunch for 68.00 per person that includes unlimited champagne. They have oysters, clams, mussels, lobster, shrimp and a few other seafood items as well as eggs benedict, the usual breakfast foods, dim sum, a carving station with beef and pork, veals dishes, chicken dishes, pastas, risottos, fantastic antipasti with cured meats and cheeses, a room with just desserts, all delicious. The seafood alone is well worth it.
