I'm assuming you mean the Acme Oyster Bar in the French Quarter? It is located on Iberville Street, about a quarter of a block from Bourbon.
Mothers is on Poydras Street, closer to the Casino. (I no longer will eat at Mothers due to the crowds, the price, and apparent lack of cleanliness.)

Acme is the location of "Oystercam", the live webcam from New Orleans. Not quite as fun as the "BeadCam" tho!

We preferred Felix's right across the street. Cheaper and smaller lines.
Man I could go for a coupla doz oysters right now!! Better hold off. Mrs Kal isn't home until 8:00ish.:-"
Had a great breakfast at Mother's when we were there in Oct. Good "stick to yer ribs" old fashioned breakfast complete with grits and some GREAT company! Right, Melissa?
Mother's is across the street from the Windsor Court and W Hotel.

Hey Kal buddy - we agree on Felix's!! Our first trip to Acme just wasn't that much of a success, but at when we ate at Felix's we almost rolled out from the amount of food......course the liquid part of dinner helped with the full feeling, I believe...
