I've never stayed at the Mayfair. What is the CI?

Thanks Kimmos for the clarification. I haven't stayed at the Comfort Inn either, so sorry I can't be of any assistance.

The Mayfair. Btw, not all CI's are nice in NYC, nor are they owned/operated by the same people. CI Midtown is probably the best one.

I'd also say Mayfair. It's on a quieter block than the CI Midtown, and is a short walk to the C/E 50th Street station. My mother has stayed at the Mayfair a few times and found it served her needs.

I've never been inside that CI, but it looks pretty nice in passing...
