Once again - thanks to all for your feedback and suggestions! Southern Belle - great pictures and yes I would love to see more! I believe we will be sticking with our choice of the Plantation House for dinner - it looks like a very scenic area in addition to providing good food!
I think the recommendations for renting a convertible for our drives sounds awesome and we're going to make the drive on the Road to Hana - we've driven many times through the Rockies in Colorado, so I got to believe the driving experience for my wife won't be that different - probably will give the dramamine a shot as well to see if it helps her.
Lindain - the personalized bike tour does sound MUCH more appealing. The company gave us two paid activity days, of which the group biking was one of them. It would be a shame to by-pass a free activity, but the individualized ride may be worth the extra expense!
