Magic Kingdom in Orlando

Is this good for teens. I am planing Universal and IOA. But after seeing pics of Magic Kingdom I was like that is so cute. I always wanted to see Mickey and Minnie. It is hard to decide where to go. I am plaining for late December of this year.

Magic Kingdom is fun for all ages, especially if you have never been. It doesn't have the big, thrill rollercoasters that other amusement parks have, but there will be plenty for teens to enjoy!

I agree that Magic Kingdom is OK for all ages, but I think teens would enjoy Islands of Adventure a LOT more.
I love them all!!!

My husband and I were 39 and 49 when we last visited Magic Kingdom. Spent one day there and had an amazingly fun time. It felt great to be a kid again. Your kids will like Space Mountain and the Big Mountain Thunder Railroad for sure.

My husband (55), myself (56), our son (20) and his girlfriend (20) were just there three weeks ago. We had a fabulous time. We've been to the Magic Kingdom many times. It really is big fun.

However, I must warn you, the Magic Kingdom at the end of December will be madness. The crowds are huge. Personally, I would never go at that time. Just too many people.

If you stay at an onsite resort at Universal (Portofino Bay, Hard Rock Hotel or Royal Pacific) you get front-of-the-line access to the all the rides with your room key. This is what I would choose in late December.

Just my two cents, of course.

I must say I agree with the one above. Disney during the holidays is hardly any fun at all. You have to stand in land for at least an hour for every ride. The park would be packed!!!! I've seen it so full that it was filled to capacity and they wouldn't let you in to park. I think the teens would love IOA and do stay at one of their hotels ..it's worth it!!
