Lodge in Yellowstone or Jackson Hole

I'm looking for a nice mountain lodge to take my father fishing for his birthday. Can you recommend a place in the Yellowstone, Grand Teton or Jackson Hole area? Thanks.

Lake Yellowstone Lodge is very nice and I saw several people fishing nearby.

Definitely Signal Mountain Lodge! The scenery and close proximity to everything is terrific. The Grand Tetons are right out your window overlooking the lake and it is magnificent. We rented a boat and fished on the lake and also went fly fishing on various rivers and the dam nearby.Signal Mountain Lodge used to be the area where the really wealthy went in the 20's and 30's for fishing, traveling the Tetons, etc.I think that it would be a wonderful spot for not only fishing but just sitting on your deck with a beer and bonding with Dad.

We just got back last week from Yellowstone and did quite a bit of fishing. We stayed at a place called Split Creek Ranch. It is between the Jackson Airport and the town of Jackson Hole. It is a lovely place. Behind the lodge about a mile walk you can access the Snake River The fishing was very good there. Even I who am a beginner fly fisher did well. Plus we fished the Snake at a spot in Wilson which is about 10 minutes away. It's a great place to visit for a fisherman

I have to agree with Debbie on Signal Mountain Lodge. We went last September and loved it. We also rented a boat for the day so that my husband could fish.
