If you get tired of all that man-made gliz, then take the short drive to Red Rock Canyon National Conservational just a short drive from Las Vegas.
It's a nice break and won't break the bank!

OMG I am so jealous. I just got back from Vegas on Tuesday afternoon. Had to cut my trip short by 2 days as I live in the islands and had to prepare my house for hurricane Frances. My husband and I stayed at Bally's. We loved it there. We had gotten a good internet rate but when we arrived (check in at the airport!) we decided to upgrade to a suite for an extra $20 a night. It was a great room in the South Tower. Huge! And we didn't have to walk all through the casino to get out of the hotel. Nice coffee every morning at Nosh just by the elevators. We had the best wedding anniversary dinner at Olives in the Bellagio. It was amazing. Drinks after at Caramel. Also Bellagio.
Staff at Ballys were great. Because of the hurricane we had to leave the hotel in a hurry so we checked out at 9pm on Monday evening to catch an 11:30 flight to Miami. I was half expecting to be charged for the room for that night but they let it go.
I was sooooo upset that we had to leave like that but these things happen.
Have a great trip!!
