LAX Ground Transport to Hollywood

Hi,
We are off on our next trip in about 3 weeks - Sydney - Hollywood - Denver. We are breaking our trip in Hollywood for 4 days. We would prefer to travel from the airport to our Hotel by car - any suggestions? We have looked on the net at some town cars but they seem to charge for waiting time (what happens if the flight is delayed?). Is it a problem using taxis? Sorry about asking such a simple question but I have been going around in circles.

We always use a Town car when going to and from the airport and we never get charged for waiting time. They have our flight information and they check to see when we will arrive and arrive shortly before that time.

Taxis charge for delays caused by traffic. The fare would be anywhere from $80 to $100 depending on your destination and the time of day. Use this fare calculator, from LAX to the address of your Hollywood hotel and figure the time at 60-90 minutes after you land.

Thanks Cali and Jean,

Cali are you able to advise the name of the company that you use? Do you recommend them?

regards,

Warren

We use a company called A+ Transportation and had great service from them. Their number is 800-719-2460 or 909-391-6532. We use the 800 number. Hope you are happy with them.
