I will be there for a couple of days w/c 20th March - not sure which ones yet though.

I do think that 14 nights is a bit much, you will probably go mad! Suggest you hire a car and hit the road - go to Tahoe for a bit of a contrast (and if you're into gambling you can still gamble there) or head to Flagstaff/Sedona.

Will let you know when I'll be there nearer the time!

(PS. Am also English!)

I agree w/ the posters above. I love Vegas but can't imagine staying 14 days. However, with that much time, I'd definitely do some side trips i.e. grand canyon, hoover dam, etc. Hell, LA is only 4 hrs away....Enjoy!

You really should visit other areas while here. You can get to the beach in 4 hours. I know when my cousin came from UK he wanted to see the Pacific Ocean. You could also visit Zion.

4 hours is driving by car from Vegas-to LA area. 1 hour flight. You can also get decent rates on airfare Vegas-LA or Vegas-San Francisco at www.iflyswa.com

You are a brave man, I have just got back from a week in Vegas, and this was the longest week of my life with about 3hrs sleep a day - that said, it is an awesome place where the party never stops.

If you get chance, check out the Times square bar in New York New York on a friday or saturday, great night, and being English like yourself, think you will enjoy it.
