Believe it or not, the Steakhouse at Circus Circus is a great restaurant (once you run the gamut of rugrats and sweaty hairy guys in muscle shirts in the casino!) It has classic steakhouse decor, great wine list and great food at not astronomical prices either! I thought my husband was out of his mind for suggesting it during our last trip to Vegas, but I quickly became a convert.

I agree, the Steak House at Circus Cirus is great. We've been there twice and are going back this weekend to try their Sunday champagne brunch.
We were also impressed with the bone-in rib eye at the Effiel Tower Resturant.
For martini's try the bar at Red Square in Mandalay Bay. We've eaten in the resturant several times and it was always hit/miss.
If your going to Las Vegas before Jan. 16, try the .25 cent martini lunch at Commander's Palace. Very good. They are closing on the 16th, but will be relocating somewhere else. They haven't posted a date yet.
I found Oyster Bay resturant in Aladdin has a martini bar. Looks like a pretty new estalishment. We're going to give them a try.
