Las Vegas Steak Houses?

Can anyone suggest their favorite Steak House in Las Vegas. It will be for a party of 7 30-year old males.

I have been to N9NE, and enjoyed it. Would like to try something different. Also, if possible I'd like to try something that's not a major chaing (I'd like to say away from the Morton's, Ruth Chris, etc.)

How about Binion's downtown? Great views, great steak, great old-style Las Vegas.

Blackstone's in Monte Carlo is also quite good. Dark wood, classic steakhouse feel - but, inside the casino, so no view.

Binion's! Great steak, great atmosphere, and a nice view. Freemont Street is fun for an evening as well.

My three favorite steakhouses in LV are (in no particular order):
Delmonico at the Venetian
Nero's at Caesar's Palace
3950 at Mandalay Bay.

Thanks for all the info so far.

Let me ask you something:

What's the price difference between a place like "PRIME" and a place like Delmonico's, Craft or Gallagher's?

Say, for a Filet?

I haven't beem to Prime but I am pretty sure that it will have prices similar to Delmonico, which has steaks from about $30 on up. I don't think Prime will be significantly more expensive. But I could be wrong (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am!).

Hi - The Steak House at Circus-Circus is great also. You may not think so when you go into the hotel, but, you will be pleasantly surprised. We have also been to the steak house in Harrah's (don't remember the name of it), and that was enjoyable as well.

The steakhouse at Harrah's is The Range. I've also eaten there in the past and it was good. T

Prime is great, but I think a group such as you've described might feel more at home in a traditional steakhouse.

We had good steaks in Excalibur's steakhouse. Sorry, I can't remember the name.

If being off the strip or a see/bee seen crowd is not important, Austin's steakhouse in the Texas Station Casino about 10 mins from the strip is one of the best in Las Vegas. A local favorite, and bring your check book. My Dad is a life long steak eater and says Austin's is the best he's ever had. Very, very good dining.

We Loved the Luxor Steak House. The food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. We were just there for our anniversary in May and highly recommend it. You can see the menu and pics on the Luxor website.

You might like Craftsteak in the MGM. I wasn't fond of it, but it was definitely a "boy's club" atmosphere. We were going for more romantic and were disappointed. The steak was good but I still felt Prime was better.

I prefer Prime or Delmonico, but every steakhouse named here I've heard good things about. You can't really go wrong with steak in Vegas, as long as you don't go with the $2.99 prime rib and expect the best steak in the world!
