La Jolla Hotel?

I am considering staying at the Residence Inn in La Jolla for an upcoming business trip. Can I walk to restaurants easily from this location at nite?
Thanks in advance..

Emily, I would contact the hotel directly. They could tell you about restaurants within walking distance in the area, plus others within a few miles or so.

There's a great restaurant in Del Mar near the old railroad station called, I believe Jakes. Great food, and the best calimari appetizer I have ever had.

This Residence Inn is across the road from one of the main entrances to the University of California at San Diego. There are several restaurants not too far away, but much better ones a little further, either by going east on La Jolla Village Drive, or by driving down into La Jolla proper. I don't think any of them are really walkable from the hotel.

there are a couple of restaurants - pizza, fancy restaurant, and a tgif (casual, varied menu). the hotel is right next to the freeway and on a rather busy street.

There is a difference in La Jolla and what they some times say is La Jolla and is really not anywhere near. What is the address of your hotel?? I don't think you are anywhere near La Jolla.
