Kauai first trip

We are leaving March 23rd for our first trip to Kauai!! We've read as much as we can about hiking, beaches, waterfalls, scuba, snorkling, cuisine, and sunsets, and just wanted to ask this forum one last question that will help us with our final plans.

If you were going to Kauai, Hawaii for the last time (heaven forbid!) and had just two sites or activities that you could see or do on each island, what would you pick?

Lots to do on Kauai. Two of my favorites were a sunset Holoholo cruise to the Napali coast and snorkeling on the North Shore at Ke and Tunnels Beach.

On Kauai, our favorite activity was the Na Pali coast catamaran trip on Captain Andy's. Beautiful scenery!

Sitting on the end of the Hanalei pier watching the day come and go.

Floating in a raft off of Makua Beach watching the day come and go.

Snorkeling/hiking/walking on north shore, Ke'e Beach.

Going to top of Waimea Canyon, walking.

Okay, here's a third one: Just relaxing and enjoying the smells of Kauai!

Wow, only two? So hiking along the Waimea Canyon rim, and relaxing on Ke'e beach. Runner up would be strolling in the Poipu Beach area.

1. Lunch at Hamura's, followed by a nap at Kalihiwai or Larsen's, then sunset at Black Pot Pier in Hanalei.

2. Spend the day at Maha-ulepu. It's as simple as that.

In order or memorable events of Kauai:
1. Helicopter tour of the Na Pali Coast
2. Snorkeling Cruise Adventure along the NaPali Coast
3. Horseback riding from the Princeville stables to a waterfall
4. Watching the sunset over Bali Hai from the deck of the Princeville outdoor lounge balcony.
5. Golf at the Kauai Lagoons course
6. The best Mai Tai at Duke's Canoe Club in Lihue.
Enjoy!

Kal cheated off my paper!!! Don't believe him for a minute! Not even a mention of the SandBar my akahine!
Polihole and Napali hiking----but...talking story on the pier and Secret Beach - shhhhhh.

Impossible what you ask - only 2 sites.

Safe journey and looking forward to that trip report regarding rain, and roosters and a miserable time had by all - hahahahaha!!!
