Not an exciting question, but an important one. Yes, there is a bathroom on the the bus. Have a good trip!

Greyhound also stops ata fast food place in CT where you can get off the bus and pop in for something to eat or to use the facilities (at least they did on the bus I took!).

All long distance bus trips have periodic facility and/or food stops.
