Does anyone know how to Gythio from Monemvasia ?

I just know the route Monemvasia -> Sparta ->Gythio, has the bus to Gythio from Monemvasia directly (does'nt change bus at Sparta)?

I think you posted some other questions concerning public transport in Pelponesses.

You might already have done it, but I'd suggest also posting at Lonely Planet "Thorntree" forums.

Many of them are budget-minded and possibly are more familiar with these questions.

I think I took the bus directly from Gythio to Monemvasia. I don't recall having to back track into Sparta. I would think you would be able to get a bus from Monemvasia to Gythio. I have taken the bus from Monemvasia to Neapoli. There is a good system of bus service in that area
