Idaho: Lewiston and Moscow Restaurants?

We need places for dinner in Lewiston and Moscow, Idaho. We prefer Thai, Seafood, and American in the $30-$50 range before drinks, tax, and tip.

Has anybody eaten a good meal in either of these towns?

We were in Moscow this fall, but ate in Pullman. I wish I could give you a great recommendation, but that's not the case. FWIW, we had breakfast at the Old European which BIL and FIL raved about...I was not impressed. Decor was really bad, and food was hit and miss. DD's was great, mine just ok. For dinner we ate at Fireside Grill. It was fine, but a couple items we wanted they were out of. But otherwise it was ok, just not fantastic, if that makes any sense. One place that I wanted to go to was the Old Post Office. It definitely looked much better than where we went.

Thanks, mms. I am glad for a report even though the news, as I feared, isn't good. We will be in Moscow on a Sunday night on our way home to Seattle from a road trip to Utah and western Colorado. The Old Post Office won't be open. If the weather's nice, perhaps we'll make a picnic from a grocery or deli.

HTTY--That probably is your best bet. Get some Cougar Gold cheese for the picnic, but you probably already know that
