Husband back from Iraq--which islands??

My husband is coming back from Iraq and we'd like to take a 9 day trip to Hawaii! I found a great package on Maui--staying at the Maui Coast Hotel in Kihei. Is this a little less commercial than Lahaina and Wailea??

Does anyone know of a good website that offers packages to more than one island? For the life of me, I cannot find one that offers more than one island!

So far, we'd like to definitely go to Kuai (sp?)...and I thought this Maui deal seemed great!

Suggestions appreciated!

No, but I want to say how happy I am for the two of you to have him, at last, out of harm's way. Let's hope more come home.

Awww! Thank you very much!! It has been 6 months almost--which is hard...but, not as hard as some who have been gone much, much longer...politically we weren't/aren't supportive of the war--but, as life would have it--sometimes you end up doing things you don't necessarily have control over! Thank you for your support! =0

What a great to celebrate his safe return.

I may be wrong, but I think Pleasant Holidays offers multi-island packages.

There is a new Courtyard Marriott on Kaua`i that recently opened. They may be offering special deals.

I am not familiar with the The Maui Coast Hotel, but I know it is not on the ocean/beach...if that makes a difference to you.

Congrats to you and your husband.

In 03 we used an American Airlines package for a trip to O'ahu and Kaua'i. The website is aavacations. com. I don't think you can use the website to book multiple-destination trips (at least I wasn't able to); you have to book that by phone. But you can use the website to see if the hotels they offer on each island are to your liking.

Check out the Cottages at Barking Sands on Kauai and cottages at Bellows AFB, Barbers Pt, and the hotel Hale Koa recreation centers on Oahu. Great rates.
