One well known and reasonably priced restaurant which was NOT mentioned was John's Pizza on Bleeker Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. It's been around since 1929, they have an amazing assortment of pizzas, and they only sell whole pies. No slices here!! Informal dining, great for families. First come, first serve, and they don't take reservations. Always a line out the orr!

Another good restaurant for Chinese Food, large portions, great for families and groups is Sammy's Noodle Shop on 6th Avenue and 11th Street. These are 2 great informal restaurants which we take many out of town guests and international visitors to, as the food is well worth the value!

Blue Man Group is a high energy silent theatrical group covered in blue latex paint. They play colorful drums, perform "magic", interact with the audience, gnerally try to amuse the crowd, and have a finale that will charm any twelve year old.

It will never be confused with Shakespeare and is great for kids but I think schtick wears thin for adults.
