2 couples are looking for a nice 3-4 day getaway, We live in PA, do not want a long drive, and would like to go the week between new years and christmas. we are 60ish, but not skiers.

Are you looking for anything in particular? I recently visited Lambertsville/New Hope and thought it was a lovely place for a long weekend. Cape May might be of interest. Charlottesville, Virginia is a beautiful place over the holidays. Hudson River Valley drive?

How about the Eastern Shore of Maryland if you haven't been there. The Hyatt in Cambridge is a beautiful resort. You could drive to Easton which is about 15 mins. from Cambridge. Easton is a wonderful historic town filled with wonderful shops and great places to eat. You could also stay in Easton at the Inn at Easton which is charming.

Annapolis is an hour's drive from Easton and is well worth seeing.

I live in Lancaster County and have visited the places that you suggested. Spent time at WEst Point and loved that area and there is a new mall at West Nyack that is supposed to be superb. Love Annapolis. Have not spent much time at Easton, but I think that hotel has a nice spa, also. Any other ideas? thanks
