HersheyPark amusement park has several good rides for that age. Our daughter loved it when she was 1 1/2. She could have gone all night. She even rode the mini-Himalaya. She also loved the little ride at the Chocolate factory visitor center next to the park.

We were there last July with my then four year old. Very nice park and the little ones love the Hershey Characters. One problem though, it was brutaly hot and while there were plenty of water rides, they were all height restricted, so we could only watch people get cooled off.
Never been to Hershey Marriott, but I would Highly recommend either the Hotel Hershey or Hershey Lodge. The Hotel is more upscale and expensive. The Lodge is a great family resort. Many pools, minature golf, duck pond etc. Both have complimentary transportation to the park. You can get info on the park, rides and the two hotels on Hershey's Web site.

Hershey Park has a very high percentage of their rides geared for pre-schoolers.
Two year old will love it.
If your 2 year old is into butterflies (as our granddaughter was, you should look into the Butterfly House at Hershey Gardens. When we went, the cost of admission was included with our room at Hershey Lodge.
