Help, need Key West Hotel name

Hi
I am trying to find a hotel I looked at as a possible for next trip.

I am reasonably sure it's on Duval approx half way to Truman. It has a roof top bar and lounge (approx four floors). You can also walk outside for a teriffic view of the city.

Any suggestions for stay would be appreciated. Mallory Sq area just too
expensive.
Thanks, DIVER

I believe the hotel you are talking about is the Crowne Plaza Key West La Concha. It is right on Duval Street, is about 4 or 5 floors with a lounge on the top.

We just got back from Key West, not sure what you are talking about but we had a great time at Sheraton Suites on Smathers beach. Not on Duvall but nice that it was out of the way (10 minutes), on a nice beach(only beach), easy to the airport and also onto 1 if you're going north . Great rooms, staff , pool and restaurant.
Have fun.

The hotel is La Concha. Not cheap, though. Try Westwinds, on Eaton.

You wouldn't think Hogs Breath would have rooms, but check this web site.

I stayed at La Concha last fall for $50 per night thru Priceline and was upgraded to the Tennessee Williams suite. Talk about wonderful!

LOL Jean... you sure can tell it's not on the same grounds as the Hogs Breath Saloon! Looks like a great place to stay, if you can afford the min. $650/nt with 3 night minimum stay! Whoa!!!!

I think the La Concha is more reasonable (but not nearly as nice!)

When I made the earlier comment about the Hogs Breath, I was picturing the bar upstairs and the shady looks to it...LOL!

Until yesterday I had never really looked at the Hog's Breath B&B site. I too envisioned something close to the bar and LOUD!!! It does look like a lovely property, but way beyond my budget. Jean
