The one thing I would recommend you not miss on every island is snorkeling. Hawaii has a whole other spectacular world underwater.

Thanks for all of the great ideas.....I think we're pretty set for what we have booked prior to leaving...Since we're on Oahu for 1 full day and 2 halves, we're going to do an island tours, which includes the Arizona. On the Big Island, we've booked surf lessons, The Royal Kona Luau and the Fair Wind Cruise afternoon snack cruise. Takes you to Kealakekua Bay to snorkel, we figure it combines a few hours of boat time with snorkeling. On Kauai we're renewing our wedding vows @ sunset on the beach, near Princeville. Have to find a nice place for dinner after that. We have made reservations for a kayak ride on Wailua River that leads into a hike to the Secret falls. Should be nice. After that, on all Islands, we figure we'll wing it, take rides, car or boat, wherever we want, when we want, snorkel, let the kids surf....or not at all. I'd like to find an outrigger canoe ride, looks like it'd be pretty cool. Again, thanks for the advice.
