Hawaii honeymoon island choices

Just decided to move the wedding and honeymoon up due to a job change, so we need to make some decisions pretty quickly. I would love help narrowing down islands! We'll be going in early October. 10 days (ish); neither of us have ever been to Hawaii.

We are 46 and 49, want to relax and want to have beautiful views from our airbnb. We like quiet and peaceful over busy and touristy. Nature, mild hiking, snorkeling, but not diving. Love to be by water especially but don't need to lay out in the sun. Love history, don't mind driving to see great sites. We like to eat out but don't need fancy. No need for nightlife or shopping. Mainly want to be together, relax, and have beautiful views.

Trying to decide between the big island, Maui, and Kauai... maybe doing two islands.
Thoughts? If we split our time, would you recommend longer on a certain island?
Thanks so much for any advice!

DW and I checked out of Kehei Bay Surf last Sunday. It is across the street from a beach park. Someone I know told me that they got married on the beach in Maui. Until the volcano stops for a couple weeks, I wouldn't go to the Big Island.
