If you are sent a coupon for a room deal, when you check in do you go to regular check in or "invited guest" or "vip". I would assume regular but if it's the others, then how cool. Thanks.

Kathy, you go to the regular check in. The others are for high rollers who have been invited by the hotel to come and stay for free. Or they are being given other comps as regular guests. You would know if they wanted you to check in at the VIP window as they would have told you when you made your reservations.

If you are a Gold Card member you check-in where everybody else does. If you have a Platinum or Diamond Card, these each have their own special check-in area.

I should have clarified that I was talking about casino club cards. Anybody can be a Gold Card member. To have Platinum or Diamond status you have to accumulate a minimum number of points based on how much you play, either at the slots, tables, etc.
