Yes - H & M (Hennes & Mauritz) is now open. Their website is painfully out of date. (So sad in this day and age don't you think?) But have no fear, here are all the details.

H&M locations
150 Powell St., San Francisco, (415) 986-4215. (women's basics and fashion, teens', men's, cosmetics, lingerie)
150 Post St., San Francisco (415) 986-0156. (women's basics, teens', lingerie)
Store hours for both: 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Mon,-Sat.; 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sun.

Yes they have a catalog, yes the lines are always long, yes you should go check it out if you haven't been to one before.

Go early in the morning, go on Tuesdays, and if you see something you love get it, it won't be there in a week. Want more info? Here's the link to the story (and there was a follow up with photos from the grand opening) at SFGate.com. Happy shopping!

I just went to the H+M in Chicago and boy!...a lot of the stuff in there was expensive. The American H+M is not as cheap as the European version, not by a long shot!
