Glacier National Park Lodging Options

We will be arriving (via FCA airport) on the afternoon of June 30 and will have 2 full days to explore GNP before heading south to Livingston and Bozeman. We intend to hike both days that we are there- we are in our mid 40's and very active, love hiking, running, etc). I was able to secure reservations for a cabin at Rising Sun Motor Inn as well at Travelers Rest Lodge. All of my research indicates that Many Glacier is the best bet for hiking if we only have 2 days. Even though TRL is further from the entrance to Many Glacier, I think I prefer to stay there over RSMI. TRL seems to have better food options in the area, our suite has a kitchen and it's a local family business which I always prefer to support. Also, I thought that maybe we could drive one day to Many Glacier and do a hike there and then spend the other day in East Glacier and do a different hike in that area. Any input or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Why rush Glacier to go to Bozeman? I didn't know the airport code for Kalispell. https://www.skyscanner.com/flights-t...l-airport.html
The best lodging that I found in the region was the Meadow Lake Resort in Columbia Falls.

Travelers Rest is convenient for Two Medicine but farther from everything else so location wise, I'd prefer Rising Sun Motor Inn. I wouldn't stay in Columbia Falls if you intend to hike at Many Glacier.

There also seem to be cabins available at The Cottages at Glacier in St. Mary (although they are more $). Might that be a better spot in order to be closer to Many Glacier?

We are heading to Livingston for the rodeo and then to Bozeman to camp and fly fish for 2 days. We are spending our final 3 days at a lodge in Bozeman.
