emcash, one point about coming to Naples, is I can't imagine doing so without renting a car. Taxis are far and few between and VERY expensive. Car rentals are very cheap. For a three or four day stay, you are likely able to rent a car for the full stay for less than you'd pay just for the ride to and from the airport to your hotel.
Unless you want to sit at the Ritz or another resort 24/7 and only use their facilities, I'd strongly recommend getting a car.

My vote will always be St. John,USVI. In fact we loved it so much we got married there 3 years ago. You simply can't beat it for scenery and short plane ride. Caneel Bay would be a great place for you girls to stay and it's a short cab ride into Cruz Bay, the social hub of St. John. Very casual and islandy restaurants await you!
