And just where is this Flamingo Hotel? We have one on the outskirts of town that I think you can rent rooms by the hour. I do hope that's not the one you are asking about.

If you're talking about Flamingo in LV, it is fine! Great location for getting around to the other hotels, across the street from Bellagio and Caesar's Palace.

The Flamingo is fine. I stayed there last January. My room had a view of the Bellagio water show and was large and clean. It was on the 16th floor as I recall.

As the others have said, if you're talking about the Flamingo in Vegas, it's a GREAT place to stay! Great location and the pool is pretty nice too.

Isn't it easier to type "at" rather than shift2 for an @ symbol?

Just stayed at the Flamingo Hilton on 9/9-9/12. We asked for a renovated, non-smoking, room on one of the upper level floors overlooking the pool and we were very satisfied. The higher floor ensured that we were not looking out at the air conditioning units. We were also offered an upgrade to a strip view for $20 extra per night but we don't spend a lot of time in our room so not worth it.

We've stayed at the Flamingo LV several times and usually get a room overlooking the pool area. It's a great view.
