Flamingo going downhill??
It seems that the last month's worth of trip advisor reviews of the Flamingo are pretty negative. A friend of ours was there in late Sept. and he wasn't happy either. We stayed there in Jan. and were pretty pleased with our mini-suite, but now we're concerned that things may have changed for the worse. We are booked for a stay in a regular room late in November and are wondering if we should change to Bally's or Paris. Has anyone been there in the last month or so?

I'd love to hear as well. We have stayed at the Flamingo twice in last two years and both times were great. We have not been there since last January though, so I hope things have not changed! We are headed back this January and plan to stay at the Flamingo again. You just cannot beat the location, and it is so easy to get in and out of the hotel. Any updates would be great!

When we were there, it was a regular budget hotel in great location, and for $55 a night with free margaritas tossed in we were very happy!
Now the prices went up A LOT! So people expect adequate rooms and service, and don't get them. I think this is the reason.

I have reservations in December and the rooms are $55.00 a night week of December 11. (mon. tues. wed.) Have stayed here many times with no problems. Definetly NOT a 5 star but certainly adequate.
Back to the orginal question----Anyone stayed there recently?
