Wow! I have so many. I'll just pick the best of the best this time around.
Breakfast: Collucci Brothers Diner - Hyannis. It's good food served in an old diner atmosphere like the one on Happy Days. The brothers, the staff and customers are always in conversation and joking around.
Breakfast: Michael Shays-Provincetown.
This is a big place with a wonderfully good breakfast buffet and ample parking, a surprise in Provincetown.
The main buffet table is stuffed with whatever you could possibly want for breakfast and you can go there as many times as you want.
The real treat, though is the Omelet Table where Michael himself or one of his Elves will prepare your omelet with the ingredients of your choosing.
AAH Lunch: Sesuit Harbor Cafe'. Dine on scrumptious seafood plates or sandwiches while watching the boats go between Sesuit Harbor and Cape Cod Bay along the Channel.
Clem & Ursies - Provincetown: Sip an unbelievably good Bloody Mary while looking at the Giant Menu Board to decide on your lunch. Your selections will be brought to your table and you will be amazed how good everything is.
Dinner: There are so many great dining places on CC I can't name favorites. I will just name a few at random: Roo Bar; Anthony's Cummaquid; Captain Parkers; Dan'l Webster Inn, Roadhouse Cafe, etc.

Last fall, I had a wedding rehearsal dinner at the Wayside Inn in Chatham. It was was outstanding. Not sure if this is true of every meal there, but I'd certainly recommend it if you have a chance to dine there.
In Orleans, the Hot Chocolate Sparrow is a lot of fun. It's a chocolatier, known for their mint hot chocolates. There's a cafe area where you can sit and drink your hot chocolate.
From your previous posts, it sounds like you're looking for something upscale. If you're up for something less fancy but good, check out the Land Ho! Restaurant in Orleans. The Land Ho is a little cramped, but the seafood is great. We went there twice while we were there.

Naked Oyster in Hyannis - a small trendy spot where you'd least expect it off rt. 132. Very friendly staff, fresh food, healthy drinks, nice wine selection.
The Dolphin in Barnstable Village - where the locals go to relax and have freshest quality seafood. Low key, friendly, adult crowd.
British Beer Company in Sandwich for the bacon and scallop pizza and of course, beers.

Chillingsworth (Brewster?) is THE most elegant/expensive and highly reputed on the Cape. It is also very good. Piano music, Victorian benches, french cuisine. Definitely "special occasion" and romantic.
For high end, I also like the Wequassett Inn in Chatham. More modern, candle lit, great views during day light. You know, the big white plate with the pretty little food design in the middle.
The Red Pheasant is also many people's favorite, although we experienced "off nite" syndrome the two times we went. It's housed in a coverted barn and has many grilled features.
There are also a couple other great restaurants along 6A, I think in the Brewster area. One is Mediterranean, and one is Japanese. Anybody know the names? Both are rather new cuisine / upscale places in interesting settings.
For more casual, I concur with those who mentioned Naked Oyster, Roo Bar, and Brewster Fish House. The first two are hip, noisy, excellent food. The last is an older crowd and traditional seafood.
My favorite "fast food" or take-out joint would most definitely be Cooke's Seafood in Hyannis. Their fried Fisherman's Plate is the best.

Agree with Dreamer2--Chllingsworth is fabulous. It's very lovely and the food and the service are both excellent. It is THE special occassion restaurant on the Cape.
We had a very good meal last summer at Bramble Inn. Antique furnishings, very quaint, very Cape Cod. We went on a week night, and it was surprisingly quiet, which was very nice for us!
I think the Mediterranean spot dreamer2 is thinking of is Abbicci's in Yarmouthport on 6A. Again, a very good upscale restaurant. It's an older home converted to a restaurant, so the restaurant is divided into three or four rooms for seating. We've always had very good meals here (the most recent was two months ago) and the service is usually great, but it does get incredibly busy on the weekends, especially in the summer.
The Japanese spot dreamer2 mentioned is Inaho also in Yarmouthport on 6A. Haven't been there, but have only heard great things about it.
For more casual, we like the Naked Oyster, although we had a rather interesting experience there one night, service-wise. We had a 9:30 reservation and showed up a little early (9ish), planning on having a drink at the bar. The hostess explained that they were running a little behind, which was fine with us. She then found us around 9:45 and told us that a table wouldn't be available until after 10, but by then the kitchen would be closed (!) so would we mind sitting at the bar. We didn't mind (and actually ended up with great service from the bartender), so we didn't complain, but my husband, who is in the restaurant business, was rather taken aback that a restaurant would consider closing its kitchen before honoring all its reservations for the night.
