Favorite NYC memento/souvenir

What's your favorite New York City souvenir or memento? Where did you collect it and why is it your favorite?

My favorite is my Times Square mousepad that I bought at a little store in Rockefeller Center last year.

A monopoly game based on NYC. We pull it out once or twice a year and as we go round the board buying all those properties with NYC addresses it prompts lots of discussions and recollections of previous visits to NYC.

I have a color postcard that belonged to my mother (a native New Yorker who loved the city) of the Pan Am (she worked for the airline) building when it was still the Pan Am building and in the the distance are the Twin Towers. Actually it's special to me because it belonged to my mom, but of course it has new meaning to me now. It sits in a frame on a table in my foyer next to my Eiffel Tower lamp.

It was my diamond bracelet that my husband bought for me when we took our kids to the diamond district only intending on showing our kids that part of town. Unfortunately, I recently lost it. It was beautiful and given with love and a reminder of the fun times we have exploring NYC. My next favorite is a CD we bought at Sammy's Romanian Steakhouse by the 2 piece Klezmer Band which plays there. Fun music, great food, great memories, reminders of years past.

I found a t-shirt that has a beautiful b&w photo of my street on it, with the bridge in the background. I don't wear it around here, but when I go out of town, I wear it to show people where I live. Corny, I know!!

Hey Mickey, no matter what you've been fooled into believing you can be replaced! I think my next corporate logo will be female. Possibly Minnie, although I'm not sure yet.
