Family-friendly restaurant in Williamsburg, VA

We are 7 adults and 5 children (4 under 5 yrs old) looking for a family friendly restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner for grandpa's birthday celebration in Williamsburg, VA. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Barb - I recommend:
Second St. - Varied menu
Sals by Victor - Italian, ask to be seated in the back, newly decorated room
I don't think you would be comfortable with that many young children at Blue Talon.

Second Birdie's recommendation. If you want to eat near CW, ck out Season's Restaurant. Berrett's is a good seafood restaurant and maybe if you ate early, it would work for you w/o a crowd of other customers also.

Birdie and Momof3boys--Thank you both so much for taking time to respond. I will definitely check these out. Blue Talon Bistro sounds very nice but we don't want to have to worry that the kids are disturbing others. Thanks again.

I would definitely recommend Seasons. We had lunch one day then went back 2 nights later for dinner. Both meals were excellent! Crab cake sandwich was yummy, as were their baked beans. It is adjacent to Colonial Wburg in Merchants Square.
