Excalibur Hotel - Las Vegas

Hello -

Can anyone confirm for me that this hotel has high speed internet access in the rooms? I can't seem to find anything affirmative. (I realize that if they do have it, it will not be free).

Thanks!

I found this at www.vegasrooms.com:

Hotel Amenities

Dining options include the Steakhouse at Camelot, Sir Galahad's Prime Rib House, the Regale Italian Eatery and the New Roundtable Buffet. Business-friendly amenities include conference rooms, business services and high-speed Internet access is available for a fee. The pool courtyard features two heated pools, a large spa tub and waterfalls.

From Exaclibur.com:

Our rooms feature warm, comforting tones and hardwood furnishings. Its the perfect place to relax and prepare for your next adventure. Hotel rooms feature high-speed internet access, cable TV, hair dryers and irons. Choose from a tower room with one king, or two queen-sized beds, or celebrate our castle theme with a one-of-a-kind Turret Room.

awesome. I must have just been looking at non-updated information, because all I could find was that it had dial-up. (eek).

thank you for your help!

Hi cubsfan, don't mean to be cruel, but were you searching a database that was stuck in the '90s?

You may want to check out another hotel all together, unless you are into the whole 'Knights of the Roundtable' thing.

haha socialworker! I actually had only looked at vegas.com and it didn't even dawn on me that there was a direct hotel website (so I'm not the sharpest tool...)

And, no, this hotel was not my first choice. However, we are tagging along with some family friends who were kind enough to include us on their trip. They are on a very tight budget and we didn't have much say in the hotel location. They have stayed here before and like it, so we are going with an open mind and will just make the best of it. I'm sure it will be fine, as I doubt we'll even spend much time at the hotel.

Thanks everyone for your input.

Acubsfan--The Excaliber is perfectly fine. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it is clean and comfortable and located near some great attractions on the Strip.
Like you say, you won't find yourself spending much time in the room anyway and the important thing is that you will be with friends who want you to join them on their holiday--kind indeed!

As someone who stays at the Excalibur unashamedly, it's a cheap place with clean rooms, and all the cheese that you can expect in Vegas.

It's also a shower only place, but it's a huge shower, the size of a tub, if it were there. I actually like it better that way. Good value, and I'm staying there again this August.
