It depends on how much time you have and how much you want to spend. The shuttle from the hotel would be the cheapest, probably around $13.00 (?). Depending on how many stops it makes to pick up other passengers and the time of day, traffic etc.. it may take the longest amount of time. A cab is about $35 plus tip (I may be way off as I haven't taken a cab to the airport in quite a while), would be probably be faster and depending on the number of passengers make cost the same as the shuttle. The Hyatt is not that far from the freeway, so if you are one of the last pick-ups, depending on the time of day, it would probably take 45 minutes SFO.
If you are on an expense account or can afford the limo, go for it, although it is not necessary. Check with the Hyatt to get the shuttle info/vs the cab.

Each hotel uses a specific shuttle service. You don't have to worry about choosing your own. The Hyatt is a very busy hotel, so you don't have to worry about anything. Just check the shuttle schedule with them when you check in, it's as easy as that.

I have always found the Super Shuttle to be the most reliable and makes the fewest stops for other pick ups. To be on the safe side, I always tell them my flight is leaving 20 minutes or so before it actually is, so I am sure to get to the airport on time. Just give them a call the day before you are leaving.
