Dining near the New Jersey P.A.C. (Ironbound Area)
This is for my brother who is attending a concert this Thursday. They are trying to pick a restaurant and have noticed a concentration of ethnic restaurants in the area but would love a recommendation. They live in the East Village and eat pretty well, but don't know what to pick. Any help would appreciated.
