Not totally new but I think new chef at Tutto Il Giorno in Sag Harbor on Water St. EXCELLENT Italian but pricey and long waits at prime dinner time. Go for a relaxing lunch.

Blue Parrot has re-opened in East Hampton and attracting lots of celebs (some of whom are part owners). I hear food not good though. http://hamptons.curbed.com/archives/...ummer_2009.php

Are you only interested in new restaurants? I recently ate at several that were very good, but not new.
