BALI....for sure.
You dont specify if you're going alone or with friends or a "significant other", but in any case its Bali all the way.
Perfect weather in July, fantastic food, great art and dance-theater, magnificent beaches, serene rice-fields, river-gorges and a volcano!
AND it wont break the bank!

Wow! Thanks all!! I will be going with a significant other.

These are all great suggestions.. I also recently heard that Cambodia is amazing..

According to a recent article in the NY Times, Laos is the new Cambodia! In fact, log onto nytimes dot com and click on travel. Lots of ideas.

I was thinking more of Taos, NM. Summer months have average temps of mid-80's, lows in the 50's.

Hi mtny,
congulats,i propose you explore the tropics and i have in mind E.Africa and kenya in particular.culture is soo diverse,has a rich history,good fresh food and very hospital people.
They have reputable event organizers and good weather all year through.
