Dallas Texas Bachelor Party Accomidations

I am having a Bachelor Party in Dallas Texas in August. Does anyone have any good suggestions on a place to stay for a group of about 20 guys?

Is the bachelor party going to be at the hotel you choose? Or, can you tell us the location of the bachelor party to recommend a nearby hotel?

The Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. Center of the metroplex, halfway to Dallas and halfway to Fort Worth. Huge resort hotel, lots to do, The Glass Cactus is fun bar. Super place for a batchelor party, IMHO.

If you have to stay in Dallas proper, the Hilton Anatole should be your choice.

Have fun!

Pretty much all hotels in Dallas can accomodate 20 guests. Is there something particular you're looking for?

- Where is the location of the bachelor party
- Do you need free parking
- Are you looking for a hotel with a hip bar
- What is your budget

The Gaylord is far from Dallas proper, Grapevine is a pretty small town and not known for its nightlife, and you don't want to be driving about (there are party buses available to rent), so unless you're going to stay in the hotel, don't stay at the Gaylord.

Are you familiar with Dallas? Do you know where in the Metroplex you want to stay? Do you know what kind of unmitigated evil you want to partake in during the course of the bachelor party?

Dallas is the 9th largest city in America and the Metroplex is the fourth largest metropolitan area. There's no shortage of hotels that can accommodate 20 dudes on a group bender.

BigRuss-- "far from Dallas proper"? Define "far". Grapevine is 20 miles from downtown Dallas, and probably 10 miles from "Dallas proper". It's a straight shot up 114. And yes, there are many hundreds of hotels that will host 20 guys. But he was talking about a batchelor party. And the Gaylord is a resort. Huge. Lots of places to drink right within the hotel property. (and frankly, that elimates the problem with drinking and driving- you're allowed to drink and walk) And there are plenty of places to drink within a 10 mile radius, too. Plus things to do like golf and hanging at the pool. It's on Lake Grapevine, so a party boat on the lake for a day would also be pretty fun, IMHO. They also have great spa services there, too. Have you been to the Gaylord?
