Though I live in Chicago, I'm pretty new to the city and I've yet to go to a Bulls game.

I want to get tickets for the Bulls-Celtics game on December 8th, which is a Saturday. It's a night game.

Ticketmaster.com reports tix sold out except for standing-room-only tickets. These tickets are very inexpensive, whereas tickets for actual seats are a little pricey on the scalper sites.

If you have had standing-room-only before at the United Center for a Bulls game, please tell me about the experience -- the view, the crowdedness of the standing area, etc.

My advice would be to go to the UC and buy a ticket on the street...especially if you are looking for 1 or 2.

check tickets on the TicketExchange side on Ticketmaster where season ticket holders resell them. also check Craigslist.org.

Yes, I'm aware of all those methods of ticket-buying.
