Charleston Restaurant Week

We wait all year for this!
http://charlestonrestaurantweek.com/

Area restaurants have either 3 courses for $20, or (more upscale) 3 for $30.

The ones that look particularly good are Mc Crady's, Amen Street, Atlanticville (always), Red Drum and Locklear's. It's good to reserve if you're interested. The weekends will be much busier than the weekdays. Holla if you'll be here.

Thanks for the link, suewoo. For the last month I've been hearing from my Charleston friends about all the restaurants they plan to try. I'm envious of everyone who can be in Charleston for restaurant week!

Well, dang we'll be at Litchfield and are talking about coming down for a day, but I don't think the weekend is going to suit. But thanks. We'll take a look. We are having guests so we couldn't get up with you, but would have loved it.

Thank you for posting this suewoo! I was telling people about this when we went to Florida over Christmas. As luck would have it, DS2 and DDIL are arriving for a visit starting that Friday!

I like the idea of Atlanticville (DDIL is an avid reader, so will try to get her a DBF book if we eat there), and also Red Drum.

Any others you'd recommend?

Sorry I've been off line for a few days.

I like all the ones I mentioned above. We've actually got reservations for Husk next week! So excited.

suewoo, I'm so jealous! I was in Charleston with some friends over New Year's, but Husk was full on NYE and closed on New Year's Day, so we missed it. It is definitely on my list for next time - I'd love to hear what you think! We ended up eating at Fleet Landing and High Cotton.

I love High Cotton, Fleet is nice for the view.

I'll post a review. I heard it's bacon heaven-suits me!

My favorite dining experience here was at SNOB.
