When you google this B&B, you'll get very few pictures of the rooms on their official site, but it looks very beautiful in the ones there. One annoying thing is that they don't qive any rates on the site ... (you'll see rates on other sites mentioning this b&b; also that's it's gay-owned and gay-friendly.) Looks like a nice place ...

I have not been inside or stayed - we wanted to stay there on our last visit to Charleston but they are closed in January. However, we walked to it while we were there - it's a nice neighborhood and relatively quiet (the B&B we were staying in was in a noisier area). I would be interested to hear about it if you end up staying there.

We did "bite the bullet" and decided to stay here next month- 5/23-5/26. We were originally booked at the Vendue which also looks lovely, but it was much more costly especially when you factor in the $16 +tax parking fee per night on top of $257 tax inclusive for the room.

I booked a queen room for $175 - very reasonable and I will be sure to post when we return. There are only 3 or 4 rooms, I'm not sure because some sites said three others said four. It looks to be very near to the Vendue, so I will plan to have a drink at the rooftop bar although we are not staying there.
So far, we have only decided on Anson for dinner one night.
Trying to decide between Magnolias, Cypress and High Cotton, any suggestions?

I vote Magnolia's with High Cotton a second. I highly recommend a drink on the rooftop of the Vendue. Beautiful place to kickback and relax before dinner. Have a great trip. I am headed that way this weekend...

Our stay at 4 Unity Alley was everything we hoped for and more. There are four rooms, two in the main house ( a smaller room with a king bed and a beautiful suite) and two jr suites over the garage. Our jr suite was spacious with a huge bath complete with jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and we found our hostess very friendly and helpful. The B & B is on a tiny street?? alley is a better description, very quiet but near all the best restaurants and the free parking was very appreciated. There are no toiletries in the room, but there is a hair dryer.

I highly recommend this B & B. Excellent value. Lovely surroundings
