I saw this listed when I booked our meal at Bouchee on Open Table. It sounds wonderful, Carmel is way over due for a place like this. I think once the word gets out and things get under-way, it's going to be fantastic!

kim - have only had dinner at Casanova so I don't know anything about their lunch menu. If you're in Carmel another day for lunch, try the Forge in the Forest

The Forge looks nice, but since we'll be right next door to the Highland's, I can't leave the area without something from the California Market! Have you been there? ***kim***
